When do pickups happen?
Pickups are the first weekend of each month at our listed market/meet-up locations. We’ll post current pickup spots on this page and in your order confirmation email.
What if there’s no market that month?
If our markets are not open in a given month, we’ll ship your club candle to you with free shipping (U.S. domestic).
What is the free welcome gift?
A 4.5 oz Spellbound crystal ball candle (Amber, Tobacco Flower, Honey, Cedar; touches of Vanilla & Palo Santo), topped with Black Tourmaline. You’ll receive it at your first pickup (or with your first shipment if it’s an off-market month).
Can I skip or cancel?
Yes. You can pause or cancel anytime before your next bill date in your account.
How long will my candle be held?
We’ll hold unclaimed pickups for 30 days. After 30 days, the value converts to store credit for candles.
Local ingredient note
Over 90% of our bath & body products feature a locally sourced ingredient. Our candles follow our eco-conscious standards (soy wax, FSC wood wicks, recycled glass) but do not include local farm ingredients.
Small print: Local pickup only on the first weekend each month; months without market pickups ship free (U.S. domestic). One free welcome gift per new member, provided with first pickup/shipment while supplies last. Unclaimed monthly candles held 30 days, then convert to candle credit. Pauses/cancellations must occur before your bill date.

Care & Burn Tips
For the best candle experience:
- Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling.
- Trim the wick to 1/4" before lighting.
- Keep the candle free from foreign objects and wick trimmings.
- Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Stop use when only 1/4" of wax remains.
Note: Wooden wicks may require several attempts to light before the flame takes hold.
Cleaning & Reuse Instructions
Transform your Rocks Candle into a stylish drinking glass with these simple steps:
- Allow the Candle to Cool: Ensure the candle wax has completely cooled and solidified before attempting to remove it.
- Remove Excess Wax: Gently scrape off as much of the leftover wax as possible using a spoon or butter knife. Be careful not to scratch the glass.
- Fill a Bowl with Hot Water: Place the candle glass in the bowl (careful not to get water in the glass) to soften the wax, making it easier to remove. Wipe with a paper towel.
- Clean with Hot Soapy Water: Fill the glass with hot, soapy water and let it sit for a few minutes. This will help dissolve any residual wax.
- Wipe Clean: Use a sponge or cloth to wipe away any remaining wax residue.
- Dishwasher Safe: Once the wax is completely removed, you can place the glass in the dishwasher for a thorough cleaning.
