Each jar contains 6 tablets, that can be used 1-2 times. To use: unwrap 1 tablet and place on a flat surface in your shower. Dampen to activate.

A: No, we do not recommend it. Shower steamers are formulated with a much higher concentration of essential oils for aromatherapy steam and may irritate the skin if used in a bath.

Q: How long does one steamer last?
A: Each steamer is designed to last for one long, luxurious shower. If there is some left over, you can set it on a ledge to dry and use it for a second, shorter shower.
